How to read a filter
Most elements carry the filter manufacturer’s part number and sometimes the equipment manufacturer’s. With that number plus the equipment model (compressor, generator set or machine), the search is straightforward. If there’s no reference, the height, outside diameter and the connection diameter or thread will do.

With this information we can search our supplier network and reply within 24 business hours. The more complete the information, the less back-and-forth.

- 2Part number, reference or description of the part. If there is no reference, its measurements.
- 3Quantity required, even if it’s a single unit.

- 5Urgency (normal or urgent), so we can prioritize the search.
- 6A photo or data sheet speeds up the search and cuts down the back-and-forth.
Filters FAQ
Do you quote the complete filter or just the element?
Both, depending on the assembly: some equipment uses a replaceable cartridge and some has the filter as a sealed unit. A photo of the installed assembly tells us which one it is.
Do you quote alternatives to the original filter?
We quote whatever you ask for. If you tell us you accept an equivalent, we compare dimensions and performance and state in the quote which element is being offered, so you can approve it.
Do you handle filters for old or discontinued equipment?
Yes. In those cases, send the element’s part number and a photo of the filter next to a ruler: they’re searched by dimensions and connection type.
